Bowles Law specializes in helping families control and direct a person’s estate after their death. An “estate” consists of all property owned at the time of death. That property can be reallocated according to rules set forth in a will, a trust, or by state law. These rules are called “Probate” and can vary from state-to-state and even county-to-county. We have over fifty years of experience in probate law. Bowles Law assists our clients in writing wills, administering trusts, and settling complex (or ambiguous) estates through litigation. Let us help you create an estate plan that supports your family, your alma mater, or the charities that are important to you. We can help turn your goals into an action plan that aligns with your wishes for the future.
